Supply-chain validation closed in Quezon City

The Quezon City vendor interviews are complete. Sourcing now rests on documented counterparties, and the next round moves to hotel properties.

Quezon City husk vendors are now formally documented, closing the supply-chain validation phase that ran through the second quarter of 2026.

The interviews confirm the sourcing picture the model was built on: husk is a disposal cost at the point where Bughaw Innovations would collect it, at about PHP 20 per sack primary (Supply-chain validation interviews, 5 vendors, Q2 2026). Every vendor in the round is a named counterparty the company can go back to, with a documented conversation behind the name.

That is the part worth marking. The feedstock side of the model now stands on documented relationships rather than estimates, and the people on the other side of those relationships know Bughaw by name.

Next: sample placement with hotel properties, and the first pilot waste audit. Properties interested in that round can register here.
